High School Mathematics Principles to Actions: Effective Mathematics Teaching Practices

During this 50-minute session, participants will have an introduction to Principles to Actions: Ensuring Mathematical Success for All geared toward high school teachers.  Group conversation around the connection between the Effective Mathematical Teaching Practices (Tasks, Productive Struggle, Elicit and use Evidence) and student math tasks (NCTM "Pay It Forward") will be facilitated. Educators will gather ideas arounds making these practices central to your instruction and other areas of support.
